After reading the information below, please fill in the form on the following page. This will create an order form for you which you may then print out and mail to us.  Creating an order form does not obligate you in any way.  All additional necessary instructions will be on the order form.

1. Delivery

We do NOT ship disk copies of our products.

Applet kits marked with an *e*  on "Make Your Order Form" (next page) are e-mailed to you.

On applet kits marked with a *u* on "Make Your Order Form" (next page), we e-mail you a User ID and a URL where you may download the applet kits and make required keys as needed.  User ID accounts remain open for 30 days from the time we send you e-mail notification.  If you do not collect your applet kit and any keys required during that time, the account is closed thereafter.

On software applications marked with an *s* on "Make Your Order Form" (next page), we will email you with a request for your Product Serial Number immediately on receipt of payment.  We then email your Registration Key.

Orders are generally processed within one (1) working day of receipt of your payment.

2. Payment

We do NOT accept credit card purchases via mail order. We do NOT accept personal checks.  

Payment is by money order or bank check ONLY. We do NOT accept personal checks. Cash may be sent, at your own risk.  All amounts are in US dollars; and all payments must be in US funds.  Checks must be made to: OEC CORP.

3. Contact with You

Please be very careful that your e-mail address is correct.

This is the only means by which we will contact you. 

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges on mail orders of products.  All responsibility for use of purchased products remains entirely with the buyer.  OEC Corp makes no claims or guarantees concerning suitability of use of the products for any given purpose.
